For swimwear, our delivery driver will deliver your items 1-2 days after your purchase them. For Activewear, our driver will deliver anywhere from 1-10 days after your order is placed. You will receive a fulfilment confirmation email after you place your order with the expected delivery day.

𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙏 𝙊𝙁 𝙐.𝘼.𝙀 (Price: Free Delivery)

For UAE (excluding Dubai) the same shipping times apply as above but we use Fetchr to complete the delivery once your order is ready. You will receive a fulfilment confirmation email after you place your order with the expected delivery day and a link to the Fetchr website. You will then receive a Whatsapp/SMS with a specific tracking number and instructions on how to log your preferred delivery date and time.  Fetchr can take up to 2-3 business days if your order is placed between Thursday and Saturday.

We ship to all countries outside the U.A.E (except OFAC and sanctioned countries)

Delivery time takes around 7-14 working days via SkyNet Worldwide Express. You will be updated via email that your order has been fulfilled & then your tracking number will be shared with your directly on Whatsapp or SMS if Whatsapp is not available. 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 

Customer will receive payment confirmation by email when the payment has been completed. Payment confirmation email will come within 24 hours of payment completion.

The product was damaged in shipping: Please inform us within 14 days of purchasing your items. Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will replace the item for you immediately. You will be informed via email of the delivery date and time.


The product is tampered: Please inform us within 14 days of purchasing your items. Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will replace the item for you immediately. You will be informed via email of the delivery date and time.

You need to exchange sizes Simply send us an email or Whatsapp within 48 hours and we will arrange a drop-off & collection the next day for UAE (Globally we will arrange Skynet pick up) (this applies to all non-sale items)

**If the item is a Sale item there will be no returns/refunds or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order the following terms apply:

Cancellation before the item is shipped: Simply inform us via email or Whatsapp and we will cancel the order and refund any payment that has been made via original mode of payment. Any charges incurred on our side for payment transaction will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Cancellation after the item is shipped: Simply inform us via email or Whatsapp you would like to cancel the item and we will cancel the order and refund any payment that has been made via original mode of payment.
